目的：探讨头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛的临床治疗效果及对血小板与血液流变学的影响。方法随机选择该院2013年4月-2014年12月该院收治的150例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，把150例患者随机均分为两组，一组为对照组给予西比灵胶囊进行治疗，另一组为观察组给予头痛宁胶囊进行治疗，两组患者均以14 d作为1个疗程，对比两组患者临床治疗效果和血小板、血液流变学等指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为73.3%，观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。观察组血小板和血液流变学指标和治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论观察组应用头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛可以有效抑制血小板的聚集，使全血黏度降低，使患者的血液循环得到有效的改善，在偏头痛的治疗中更有效，更安全，建议临床推广应用。
목적：탐토두통저효낭대편두통적림상치료효과급대혈소판여혈액류변학적영향。방법수궤선택해원2013년4월-2014년12월해원수치적150례편두통환자작위연구대상，파150례환자수궤균분위량조，일조위대조조급여서비령효낭진행치료，령일조위관찰조급여두통저효낭진행치료，량조환자균이14 d작위1개료정，대비량조환자림상치료효과화혈소판、혈액류변학등지표변화。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위90.7%，대조조치료총유효솔위73.3%，관찰조치료총유효솔명현우우대조조。관찰조혈소판화혈액류변학지표화치료전상비차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론관찰조응용두통저효낭치료편두통가이유효억제혈소판적취집，사전혈점도강저，사환자적혈액순배득도유효적개선，재편두통적치료중경유효，경안전，건의림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect Headache Capsule on the clinical treatment of migraine and for platelet and hemorheology. Conclusion The observation group capsule treatment of migraine headache can effectively inhibit platelet aggrega-tion, whole blood viscosity decreased, so that the patient's blood circulation effective improvement in migraine treatment more ef-fective, safer, and recommend clinical application .
