在当今经济全球化背景下，大学英语教学对于培养面向世界的高素质复合型人才具有举足轻重的作用。当前大学英语教学改革应该理念先行，解决好以下几方面的关系问题：基础性和专业性问题、工具性和人文性问题、应试性和应用性问题、单向性和多向性问题、输入性和输出性问题及统一性和差别性问题。理清和转变教育教学理念，推动大学英语教学改革健康发展。
在噹今經濟全毬化揹景下，大學英語教學對于培養麵嚮世界的高素質複閤型人纔具有舉足輕重的作用。噹前大學英語教學改革應該理唸先行，解決好以下幾方麵的關繫問題：基礎性和專業性問題、工具性和人文性問題、應試性和應用性問題、單嚮性和多嚮性問題、輸入性和輸齣性問題及統一性和差彆性問題。理清和轉變教育教學理唸，推動大學英語教學改革健康髮展。
재당금경제전구화배경하，대학영어교학대우배양면향세계적고소질복합형인재구유거족경중적작용。당전대학영어교학개혁응해이념선행，해결호이하궤방면적관계문제：기출성화전업성문제、공구성화인문성문제、응시성화응용성문제、단향성화다향성문제、수입성화수출성문제급통일성화차별성문제。리청화전변교육교학이념，추동대학영어교학개혁건강발전。
Under the background of current economic globalization , college English teaching is playing a decisive role in cultivating high quality internationalization-oriented talents .In this paper , it's assumed that creative and right concept is the first step to perform college English teaching reform .The following aspects on the issues of col-lege English teaching should be considered and discussed , i.e.the basic and professional issue , the instrumental and humanism issue , the test-oriented and application-oriented issue , the unidirectional and multidirectional issue , the input and output issue and the uniformity and diversity issue .It's expected that this paper will be beneficial to the transformation of English education ideas , and play an active part in promoting college English teaching reform .
