通过对某矿井使用一段时间尚不足以升井维修并已磨损的刮板输送机各部件磨损情况进行检测后,利用矿井检修班时间,在井下工作面中对机头架、过渡槽、中部槽、机尾架等易磨损部位堆焊耐磨材料恢复其性能,节约大量维修时间与成本,提高了工作面生产效率。
通過對某礦井使用一段時間尚不足以升井維脩併已磨損的颳闆輸送機各部件磨損情況進行檢測後,利用礦井檢脩班時間,在井下工作麵中對機頭架、過渡槽、中部槽、機尾架等易磨損部位堆銲耐磨材料恢複其性能,節約大量維脩時間與成本,提高瞭工作麵生產效率。
