目的:探究应用超声检测在研究颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病的价值。方法随机选取90例冠心病患者作为研究对象,并设为冠心病组,其中三支病变、双支病变、单支病变各30例。另外选择同期进行健康体检的90例非冠心病患者设为非冠心病组。两组患者均进行超声检测,比较两组和冠心病组内不同冠状动脉病变支数的IMT、Gemini评分、斑块积分和斑块发生情况。结果冠心病组的IMT、Gemini评分、斑块积分、斑块发生率均高于非冠心病组,且P<0.05;另外,比较冠心病组内部不同冠状动脉病变支数的IMT、Gemini评分、斑块积分和斑块发生率,三支病变和双支病变组的以上指标均高于单支病变组,且P<0.05。结论对冠心病患者采用超声检测的方法能够很好地反映出颈动脉粥样硬化的严重程度,可作为判断疾病状况的有效依据。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic inspection in the research of correlations between carotid atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Selected 90 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) as the research objects, and divided all of them into CHD group, including three lesion 30 cases, double branch lesions 30 cases and single lesion 30 cases. And selected 90 contemporaneous patients for physical examination without CHD, and divided all of them into the non-CHD group. Two groups of patients were given ultrasonic inspection, and compared the two groups and different coronary artery le-sions in CHD group of IMT, Gemini score, plaque integral and it is happening. Results IMT, Gemini score, plaque integral and the incidence of plaques of the CHD group were higher than that of the non-CHD group, and P < 0.05. In addition, comparison of CHD group internal different coronary artery lesion counts of IMT, Gemini score, the plaque integral and incidence of plaque showed that the above indexes of three lesions group and double branch group were higher than that of single lesion group, and P< 0.05. Conclusion Using ultrasonic inspection in patients with CHD can well reflect the severity of carotid atherosclerosis, so it could be an effective evidence for disease diagnosis.
