电缆外护套是保护电缆导线的重要部分。在高寒地区，气温温差变化幅度大是造成电缆外护套开裂重要的原因之一。根据齐齐哈尔地区冬季气温统计资料，统计分析了该地区冬季气温波动规律。基于电缆结构特征，在研究低温电缆外护套工程塑料材料力学性能基础上，建立了电缆外护套在低温荷载作用下附加拉应力理论模型，通过算例分析了电缆外护套拉应力分布规律。

Cable outer sheath is an important part of protection of wire .In cold area, the air temperature changing greatly is important one of the reasons of outer sheath cracking .In this paper , the air temperature change rule was analyzed according to the temperature data in Qiqihar area .Based on the mechanical property of engineering plastics in low temperatures , the calculating model was presented on the tensile stress of outer sheath .By the model and example , the axial tensile stress distribution was studied .
