对国林煤矿综掘工作面湿式旋风除尘风机排气口进行了噪声谱测量实验,发现噪声声谱具有较宽的频带,尤其中低频噪声不可忽视,A声级超过规定的噪声标准。选择微穿孔板进行降噪,根据微穿孔板吸声原理,设计了吸收频率为30~300 Hz,吸声系数不小于0.4的微孔板吸声结构,并根据计算的参数进行了实际制造。对加入了微穿孔板吸声结构的除尘风机再次进行了噪声谱测量实验,中低频噪声得到了有效的控制,A声级符合规定的噪声标准,证明了微孔板吸声结构的降噪效果。

Noise spectrum measurement experiment of wet cyclone dust blower exhaust port is taken in Guolin coal mine face. It is found that the noise sound spectrum had a wide frequency band, particularly the low-frequency noise can not be ignored. A sound level also exceeded the noise standards. Micro perforated panel is used for noise deduction. It is designed to absorb the frequency of 30 ~ 300 Hz and the absorption coefficient is no less than 0.4 according to the absorb principle of micro perforated panel. The absorber was actually produced according to the calculated parameters. Noise spectrum measurement experiment was taken again with micro perforated panel absorber in the dust blower. The low-frequency noise has been effectively controlled and A sound level is lower than the noise standards. The effect of noise deduction is proved by micro perforated panel absorber.
