针对ZSX1140矿用钢绳芯输送带X射线探伤系统精度低下的问题,分析上传的输送带图像,提出了一种改进的纹理编码算法,得到了图像中每一行的钢丝绳根数,并根据接头的限定条件,准确地寻找出输送带的接头图像。通过大量的实验以及实际应用,证明该方法具有检测精度高、实时性强等特点。
針對ZSX1140礦用鋼繩芯輸送帶X射線探傷繫統精度低下的問題,分析上傳的輸送帶圖像,提齣瞭一種改進的紋理編碼算法,得到瞭圖像中每一行的鋼絲繩根數,併根據接頭的限定條件,準確地尋找齣輸送帶的接頭圖像。通過大量的實驗以及實際應用,證明該方法具有檢測精度高、實時性彊等特點。

For the problem of low accuracy of ZSX1140 mining steel cord conveyor belt based on X-ray detection systems, proposed an improved texture encoding algorithm through the by analysis uploading images and get the number of rope in each row images and according to the joint qualification to accurately find out the conveyor belt joint images. Through a lot of experiments and practical application proves that the method has high detection accuracy, timeliness, and other characteristics.
