搅拌摩擦焊是一种固相连接技术,具有低应力、小变形、绿色环保等优点。在航空、航天等领域广泛应用的钛合金材料的搅拌摩擦焊技术,是目前国内外研究的热点与难点。主要从焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能、搅拌头磨损和复合工艺这几个方面,介绍了钛合金搅拌摩擦焊的研究进展,并对该技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
攪拌摩抆銲是一種固相連接技術,具有低應力、小變形、綠色環保等優點。在航空、航天等領域廣汎應用的鈦閤金材料的攪拌摩抆銲技術,是目前國內外研究的熱點與難點。主要從銲接接頭的顯微組織、力學性能、攪拌頭磨損和複閤工藝這幾箇方麵,介紹瞭鈦閤金攪拌摩抆銲的研究進展,併對該技術未來的髮展趨勢進行瞭展望。

ABSTRACT:As a solid-state joining technology, friction stir welding ( FSW ) possesses many advantages, e. g. low stress, small distortion and non-pollution. Titanium alloys have been widely used in the important fields such as aerospace, which can be welded by FSW. So far, FSW of titanium alloys has attracted more and more attention. Recent advances in FSW of titanium alloys were introduced from aspects of microstructure, mechanical property, tool wear, and hybrid technol-ogy. The further trends of FSW of titanium alloys were presented briefly.
