针对目前掘进机后配套用大跨距带式转载机机架变形大、振动大及输送带寿命短等问题,在对大跨距带式转载机机架确定主要参数和受力分析的基础上,列出了机架弯矩方程、转角方程和挠矩方程。假设了拉锁分别在机架4等分位置情况下,采用Matlab计算软件对方程进行求解分析。结果表明拉锁位置在(0.5~0.75)L出现最优值,再利用区域逼近法,确定出机架拉锁具体最优位置在0.625 L处。

The mine roadheader is connected to a large span belt conveyor machine.At present reprint machine have the problems of large deformation and belt short service life. Based on the transfer machine parameters and stress analysis ,it list the rack equation bending moment ,rotating angle equation and moment equation. The equation is solved by Matlab software analysis. The result is showed that the zip position should appear in zero point five to zero point seven five. Specific optimal position of zip fastener is identified in the span one of eight, depending on the region approximation.
