目的:探讨用卷曲霉素联合对氨基水杨酸异烟肼治疗耐药结核病的疗效,用于指导临床用药。方法整群选取2012年12月-2014年12月该院收治的耐药结核病患者166例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组83例,将治疗组用卷曲霉素联合对氨基水杨酸异烟肼治疗,对照组仅用卷曲霉素治疗,进行疗效比较观察。结果治疗组显效52例(62.65%),总有效率89.16%;对照组显效34例(40.96%),总有效率66.26%。治疗组不良反应发生率是6.02%,而对照组不良反应发生率是12.05%。治疗组明显优于对照组,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用卷曲霉素联合对氨基水杨酸异烟肼治疗耐药结核病,安全有效,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토용권곡매소연합대안기수양산이연정치료내약결핵병적료효,용우지도림상용약。방법정군선취2012년12월-2014년12월해원수치적내약결핵병환자166례,수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조83례,장치료조용권곡매소연합대안기수양산이연정치료,대조조부용권곡매소치료,진행료효비교관찰。결과치료조현효52례(62.65%),총유효솔89.16%;대조조현효34례(40.96%),총유효솔66.26%。치료조불량반응발생솔시6.02%,이대조조불량반응발생솔시12.05%。치료조명현우우대조조,경통계학처리차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론응용권곡매소연합대안기수양산이연정치료내약결핵병,안전유효,불량반응소,치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the use of capreomycin combined with pasiniazide to the drug-resistant tuberculosis treat-ment, to guide clinical practice. Methods Choose 166 cases of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients from the December of 2012 to the December of 2014 in our hospital, we randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 83 patients in each group. The treatment group will be jointly capreomycin and pasiniazide,the control group only will be used capreomycin ,then compare cura-tive effect observation. Results The efficiency number of the treatment group is 52 cases (62.65%),the total effective rate is 89.16%;The efficiency of the control group is 34 cases (40.96%), the total efficiency is 66.26%. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 6.02%, while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 12.05%. The treatment group is bet-ter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Capreomycin combined with pasiniazide to the drug-resistant tuberculosis treatment is safe and effective, less adverse reaction, worthy of promotion.
