目的:对小儿轮状病毒感染的免疫应答进行研究。方法以该院2014年1月-2015年3月收治的62例轮状病毒感染患儿作为观察组,以同期在该院进行健康体检的60例小儿作为对照组,对比两组研究对象的抗原及粪便标本与血浆中的特异性抗体,并检测轮状病毒基因类型。结果观察组62例患儿的粪标本中的轮状病毒分型P型中Ps型所占比例最高,为82.26%,G分型中以G3所占比例最高,为79.03%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患儿的CD19+细胞比例明显高于对照组,CD4+比例明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。同对照组相比,观察组患儿的外周血单个核细胞IFN-γmRNA表达水平在发病3 d内出现明显升高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。IL-12p40 mRNA在疾病构成中均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论轮状病毒感染患儿的免疫应答中以特异性体液免疫为主,特别是黏膜免疫显著性增强。

Objective To study the immune response to rotavirus infections in Children. Methods 62 children with rotavirus infec-tions admitted to our hospital and 60 other children who taken physical examination here between January 2014 and March 2015 were assigned to observation group and control group respectively to compare the antigen and the specific antibodies in feces and plasma between the two groups and determine the gene types of rotavirus. Results In the observation group, in P and G type ro-tavirus from feces specimens, P8-type and G3-type were most prominent, accounting for 82.26% and 79.03%, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. The proportion of CD19+Cells were higher and that of CD4+lower in the ob-servation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Compared with the control group, IFN-γ, and mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the observation group increased significantly within 3 days after onset, and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. IL-12p40 and mRNA in the diseases constitution were higher in the observation group than in the control group with statistical differences, P<0.05. Conclusion Immune response to ro-tavirus infections in children is mainly specific humoral immune response, especially that of mucosal immune.
