悬吊临时支护装置沿固定于巷道顶板的轨道行走，是一种快速护顶装置，兼具一定的物料运输作用，其快速驻车系统对于保证整机的安全性具有重要作用。设计了快速驻车机构的机械结构，采用双边连杆框架结构，结构紧凑且安全性好。驻车机构旁路设置了液控二位二通阀，分析了该阀的2种液压控制原理。通过试验发现，采用独立控制油的方式能够实现驻车机构的快速动作，达到快速驻车的目的。

The equipment of suspensory temporary support can run along track fixed tunnel roof,and it can’t only support roof quickly but also transport materials. The rapid braking system is very important to ensure the safety of the whole machine. Mechanical structure of the rapid braking structure has been designed , double connecting link frame structure has been used,that has many advantages ,for example compact structure, good safety and so on. Hydraulic control two position two way valve has been used, and tow kinds of hydraulic control principles have been designed. It is found that the way of independent hydraulic control can realize rapid movement of braking structure and carry the point of rapid braking through experiments.
