针对综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、治理困难的现状,提出采用高效泡沫除尘技术。通过对发泡器、添加装置、喷枪等部件进行研究,研制了泡沫降尘装置。通过新桥煤矿2501综掘工作面应用证明,泡沫降尘装置运行稳定,在湿润剂添加比例为2.5%条件下总粉尘降尘效率为94.2%,显著改善了工作面作业环境。
針對綜掘工作麵粉塵濃度高、治理睏難的現狀,提齣採用高效泡沫除塵技術。通過對髮泡器、添加裝置、噴鎗等部件進行研究,研製瞭泡沫降塵裝置。通過新橋煤礦2501綜掘工作麵應用證明,泡沫降塵裝置運行穩定,在濕潤劑添加比例為2.5%條件下總粉塵降塵效率為94.2%,顯著改善瞭工作麵作業環境。

Abstracts: According to the status of high dust concentration and management difficulties in the fully mechanized working face, it puts forward efficient foam dust control technique. The foam dust reducing device is studied by the research on the foam device, the adding device, the foam pipe and the spray gun. Through application of the Xinqiao Coal Mine 2501 fully mechanized working face, it is proved that the device has stable operation and significantly improve the working environment because of the total dust dust efficiency is 94.2%in wetting agent adding ratio is 2.5%.
