目的：探究激光、微波和宫颈炎康栓局部治疗宫颈糜烂疗效对比。方法：选取我院妇科收治的174例轻中度子宫糜烂患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和研究组 A、研究组 B，对照组采用宫颈炎康栓局部治疗，研究组分别采用激光、微波治疗，观察三组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗后研究组A 及研究组 B 总有效率分别为94．83％、91．38％，明显高于对照组的81．03％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；而研究组 A 总有效率与研究组 B 比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；治疗期间两组患者均未发生明显不适及药物不良反应。结论：激光、微波治疗轻中度子宫颈糜烂较传统的宫颈炎康栓局部治疗疗效显著，且不存在严重不适及不良反应，操作方便简单，值得临床推广使用。

To investigate the laser,microwave and cervicitis contrast Suppository local treatment of cervical erosion effect.Methods gynecological hos-pital admitted 174 patients with mild to moderate uterine erosion patients as research subjects,divided into a control group and study group A,Study Group B, the control group with cervicitis bolt local health care,research groups were using laser,microwave therapy observe the clinical efficacy of three groups of pa-tients.Results After treatment of Group A and Group B,respectively,the total effective rate of 94.83%,91.38%,significantly higher than 81.03%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);while the total efficiency of the Study Group A and Study comparison group B,the difference was not statisti-cally significant (P >0.05)Table 1;no obvious discomfort and adverse drug reactions during treatment two groups of patients.Conclusion laser,microwave treatment of mild to moderate cervical erosion cervicitis Suppository more traditional topical treatment effect is significant,and there is no serious discomfort and adverse reactions,convenient and simple operation,worthy of clinical use.
