当前农村城镇化进程中老年人教育服务缺失,其危害表现在农村老年人生活时空的家庭化、农村老年人组织的性别分离化、农村老年人公共事务的绝缘化。造成这一情况与农村城镇化实践取向的经济高楼热、农村传统文化功名道德观念、农村学校教育的应试事物导向等原因相关。为了促使农村老年人积极参与到城镇化建设中来,并使自我生命发展得以完善,有必要加大投入,构建满足老年人参与的多元健康公共娱乐场所;注重引导,确立农村老年人为组织者的传统文化保护组织;凸显人本精神,形成以生命、生活、生存合一的终身教育体系。

Education service shortage exists among the elderly people owing to the urbanization of rural are-as,whose immediate damage to the elderly people includes the diminished family life space,the separation of elderly group gender,and the insulation of the rural public affairs.These problems are mainly caused by the dramatic development in housing industry in the rural area during its urbanization,the traditional moral concept of "education for reputation and wealth"in rural areas,the examination -oriented rural school running models and the like.In order to encourage the rural elderly people take an active part in the urbanization construction and achieve their own life development,it is first of all necessary to increase capital investment to construct vari-ous types of public entertainment places and facilities exclusively for the elderly people.Secondly,more guid-ance is necessary and the elderly -people -headed cultural protection organizations should be established for the protection of the traditional culture.Thirdly,the educational system for the elderly people should be a life-long humanity -orientated system in which the three aspects of life,living and surviving are integrated with each other as a unity.
