以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,合成了一种不含硫磷的氮杂环化合物—N-十六酰喹唑啉酮,用傅立叶红外光谱对该化合物的结构进行了表征,并通过四球试验机考察了该化合物的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)、烧结负荷(PD)等抗磨性能。结果表明:作为一种润滑油抗磨添加剂,该化合物具有一定的油溶性和良好的极压性能,是一种潜在的环保友好型极压抗磨添加剂。

A kind of non-phosphorus and sulfur-free N-containing heterocyclic compound was prepared from o-aminobenzoic acid as palmitic acid-N-quinazolinone, and its structure was characterized through FT-IR. Four-ball machine test were performed to study the maximal non-seizer load ( PB ) and sintering load ( PD ) . The results indicated that it showed good oil solubility, and greatly reduced friction coefficient of liquid paraffin. The compound is promising as an environmentally friendly lubricating additive.
