针对高压电动机运行过程中出现的各种电气故障,结合高压电动机保护的现状,设计了一种高压电机微机保护装置。该保护装置以ARM处理器MB9BF618S为控制核心,可以实时检测电动机的工作状态,对高压电动机进行启动超时保护、差动保护、两段式电流保护、三段负序过流保护和过热保护等。叙述了保护装置的总体结构和工作原理,给出了交流插件、CPU插件和信号插件的部分设计方案,分析了差动保护、两段式电流保护、三段负序过流保护的工作特点。该保护装置具有结构简单、操作方便、功能完善、可靠性高等特点,具有较高的应用价值。
針對高壓電動機運行過程中齣現的各種電氣故障,結閤高壓電動機保護的現狀,設計瞭一種高壓電機微機保護裝置。該保護裝置以ARM處理器MB9BF618S為控製覈心,可以實時檢測電動機的工作狀態,對高壓電動機進行啟動超時保護、差動保護、兩段式電流保護、三段負序過流保護和過熱保護等。敘述瞭保護裝置的總體結構和工作原理,給齣瞭交流插件、CPU插件和信號插件的部分設計方案,分析瞭差動保護、兩段式電流保護、三段負序過流保護的工作特點。該保護裝置具有結構簡單、操作方便、功能完善、可靠性高等特點,具有較高的應用價值。

A microcomputer protection device for high voltage motor was designed by using the ARM pro-cessor MB9BF618S as the core component which allowed this device to monitor the motor’s operation sta-tus and to provide several kinds of protection services including start-up out-time protection, differential protection, two phase current protection, three phase negative current protection, and overheating protection, etc. The overall structure and operation principle of the device were discussed. Moreover, the design scheme of alternating current ( AC) module, central processing unit ( CPU) module and signal module and the analysis on the working characteristic of differential protection, two phase current protection and three phase negative current protection were also included. With the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, fully functioned and high reliability, this protection device also had a high application value.
