The rod parts of a certain isolation switch test-bed have been subjected to the cyclic alternating stress, so there is greater impact on the equipment reliability. The simulated analysis on the deflector rod parts of the test-bed is conducted by u-sing the finite element simulation technology of UGNX, and the results provide a basis for the strength and structural design of the deflector rod. It also provides a reference for design development of the other mechanical products.
