针对国内叉车发展趋势以及叉车的结构特点,应用Solidworks软件对小型叉车进行了三维建模、虚拟装配和产品性能研发,利用ANSYS软件对其关键部件进行了有限元分析,旨在设计一款环保、节能、灵活、多功能的室内搬运小型电瓶叉车,缩短产品的设计开发周期和装配生产周期,满足客户对新产品的急需。

According to the development trend of domestic forklift truck and its structural characteristics, the 3D modeling, virtual assembly and the research and development on properties of the small forklift truck are conducted in this paper with ap-plication of the Solidworks software. The finite element analysis of the key parts is carried on by using the ANSYS software, which aims to design a small environmental protective, energy saving, flexible and multi-functional electric forklift truck for indoor handling, so as to shorten the design development period and production cycle of products, and to meet customers ' needs for new products.
