目的：观察生化汤和五苓散加减治疗产后尿潴留的疗效。方法：生化汤和五苓散加减口服，每日1剂，3－5d 为一疗程。选择产后尿潴留的产妇100例，随机分为观察组及对照组两组，两组各50例产妇，观察组口服中药生化汤和五苓散加减治疗，结果：疗效显著，有效率98％，对照组应用传统的方法即热敷，肌注新斯的明，进而导尿，但是对照组的有效率56％。结论：生化汤和五苓散加减治疗产后尿潴留效果满意。

목적：관찰생화탕화오령산가감치료산후뇨저류적료효。방법：생화탕화오령산가감구복，매일1제，3－5d 위일료정。선택산후뇨저류적산부100례，수궤분위관찰조급대조조량조，량조각50례산부，관찰조구복중약생화탕화오령산가감치료，결과：료효현저，유효솔98％，대조조응용전통적방법즉열부，기주신사적명，진이도뇨，단시대조조적유효솔56％。결론：생화탕화오령산가감치료산후뇨저류효과만의。
abstract objective to observe the biochemical soup and five three adjustment of curative effect for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods biochemi-cal soup and five three adjustment of oral,daily 1 agent,3 -5 d is one period of treatment.Choose 100 cases of maternal postpartum urinary retention,two groups were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of 50 cases of maternal,observation group of oral Chinese medicine biochemi-cal soup and five three adjustment of treatment,the curative effect is distinct,the effective rate was 98%,the control group used the traditional method that is hot compress,muscle injection of neostigmine,and,in turn,urethral catheterization,but the effective rate was 56% in the control group.Conclusion biochemical soup and five three adjustment with the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.
