基于中国制造业上市公司2008—2012年面板数据，以知识基础（知识深度、知识宽度）为调节变量，检验知识获取策略（技术许可引进、内部研发）对企业绩效的影响。研究表明，技术许可引进、内部研发均与企业绩效正相关；拥有较宽知识基础的企业应该通过内部研发以在核心技术领域积累知识从而提高企业绩效；相反，拥有较深知识基础的企业应该降低内部研发并把其战略转向技术许可引进以获取外部知识，从而提高企业绩效。
基于中國製造業上市公司2008—2012年麵闆數據，以知識基礎（知識深度、知識寬度）為調節變量，檢驗知識穫取策略（技術許可引進、內部研髮）對企業績效的影響。研究錶明，技術許可引進、內部研髮均與企業績效正相關；擁有較寬知識基礎的企業應該通過內部研髮以在覈心技術領域積纍知識從而提高企業績效；相反，擁有較深知識基礎的企業應該降低內部研髮併把其戰略轉嚮技術許可引進以穫取外部知識，從而提高企業績效。

Based on panel data of Chinese listed manufacturing companies from 2008 to 2012, this paper taking knowledge base (knowledge depth, knowledge breath) as the moderating variable, examines the influence of know-ledge acquisition strategy on corporate performance. The research results indicate that both inward technology licen-sing and internal R&D have positive correlations with corporate performance. In order to improve business perfor-mance, firms with a wide knowledge base should focus on internal R&D to accumulate knowledge in core tech-nology areas. On the contrary, firms with a higher knowledge depth should reduce its internal R&D activities and shift their strategy to inward technology licensing for external knowledge, thus improve corporate performance.
