采用透析法制备载萘普生-聚乳酸( NAP-PLA)纳米颗粒,通过设计单因素实验考察PLA浓度、 PLA与NAP的质量比、初始溶剂种类等因素的影响。利用扫描电镜、红外和差热分析研究NAP-PLA纳米颗粒的理化性质,动态透析技术考察其体外释药性能。透析法制备的NAP-PLA纳米颗粒为光滑圆整的球形结构,分散性好,粒径分布均匀。 NAP的体外释放符合Weibull方程: lnln[100/(100-Q)]=0.39979lnt-1.95351(R2=0.94333),缓释性能良好。

Naproxen-loaded polylactide ( NAP-PLA ) nanoparticles were prepared via dialysis approach. Single factor experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of some conditions, such as concentration of PLA, mass ratio of PLA and NAP, and type of initial solvent. The loading capacity and entrapment efficiency of the NAP-PLA nanoparticles were 22. 68% and 50. 85%. Their physicochemical properties were observed by SEM, FT-IR, and DSC. The releasing characteristic in vitro was evaluated using dynamic dialysis method. The nanoparticles showed a spherical appearance and uniform particle size. The releasing curve in vitro obeyed Weibull equation: lnln [ 100/( 100-Q ) ]=0. 39979lnt-1. 95351(R2=0. 94333), showing good sustained-release performance.
