以马来酸酐和硫脲为原料制备改性聚环氧琥珀酸(SPESA),将SPESA与聚丙烯酸(PAA)、聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、水解马来酸酐( HPMA)对水中钙盐的阻垢性能进行比较。结果表明,在阻垢性能方面, SPESA投量为50 mg·L-1时,碳酸钙的阻垢率达到93.26%,与其他水处理剂相当;但其对磷酸钙的阻垢效果明显高于其他处理剂,投加量为50 mg·L-1时,能达到79.14%。
以馬來痠酐和硫脲為原料製備改性聚環氧琥珀痠(SPESA),將SPESA與聚丙烯痠(PAA)、聚環氧琥珀痠(PESA)、水解馬來痠酐( HPMA)對水中鈣鹽的阻垢性能進行比較。結果錶明,在阻垢性能方麵, SPESA投量為50 mg·L-1時,碳痠鈣的阻垢率達到93.26%,與其他水處理劑相噹;但其對燐痠鈣的阻垢效果明顯高于其他處理劑,投加量為50 mg·L-1時,能達到79.14%。
이마래산항화류뇨위원료제비개성취배양호박산(SPESA),장SPESA여취병희산(PAA)、취배양호박산(PESA)、수해마래산항( HPMA)대수중개염적조구성능진행비교。결과표명,재조구성능방면, SPESA투량위50 mg·L-1시,탄산개적조구솔체도93.26%,여기타수처리제상당;단기대린산개적조구효과명현고우기타처리제,투가량위50 mg·L-1시,능체도79.14%。
A method to preparation of modified polyepoxysuccinic acid by using maleic anhydride and sulfourea was introduced. The performance of calcium scale inhibition by SPESA was compared with that by PAA, PESA and HPMA. The results showed that when the dosage of SPESA was 50 mg · L-1 , the scale inhibition performance on calcium carbonate was equal to that of other water treatment agent with the scale inhibition rate of 93. 26%. However, the efficiency of calcium phosphate scale inhibition by SPESA was superior to that by conventional water treatment agents with the scale inhibition rate of 79. 14% when the dosage was 50 mg·L-1.
