提出了MB共振结构式的理念。以邻苯二胺、二硫化碳为原料,无水乙醇作为溶剂,在催化剂的作用下合成橡胶防老剂MB,并通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR进行表征。工艺条件为: n( CS2):n(邻苯二胺)=2:1,催化剂加入量为理论产量的2‰,首批收率达到88%,反应液套用后收率接近100%。相对于传统工艺,本工艺环保,有很大的市场前景。

The concept of resonance structure of MB was put forward. Under the action of catalyst, rubber antioxidant MB was synthesized by o-diaminobenzene and carbon disulfide in absolute ethanol, and characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR. The synthetic conditions were as follows: n( CS2 ):n( o-diaminobenzene)=2:1, the amount of catalyst was 2‰ of theoretical yield. The yield of the first batch was 88%, and closed to 100% when the reaction solution was recycled. Compared with the traditional process, this process has no pollution and has great market prospects.
