工程师在社会生活中同时扮演着公司雇员、普通公众、企业管理者等多重角色，不同的角色有不同的责任、追求以及他者期待。工程师由此面临着行为选择的困境，角色道德冲突也随之产生。分析工程师角色道德冲突的形成情境可知，应对这一困境，宏观上需从工程职业建设着手创造解决冲突的制度环境，微观上则需要关注工程师个体的道德心理因素，培养工程师个体的道德自主性，使工程师将外部规范内化为自身道德行为原则。角色道德冲突总是发生在具体情境之下的，工程实践本身蕴涵着道德实践，因此工程实践是解决工程师角色道德冲突的唯一途径。

Engineers play an integrated role of a company employee,an ordinary citizen,and an enterprise manager in the social life,each of which has its own responsibilities,aspirations and others’expectations.Engineers are thereby faced with the resulting dilemma of behavior selections of different roles,and thus the role morality con-flict arises.The paper attempts to present a tackling and settlement mechanism by analyzing its contexts.At a macro level,we can proceed from the engineering professional construction to establish the institutional environment for con-flict resolution and perfect it as well;at the micro level,we should foster individual engineers'moral autonomy by considering their moral psychology,enabling engineers to internalize external standards as their own principles of moral behavior.Considering that the role morality conflict occurs in concrete contexts and engineering practice con-tains moral practice in itself,engineering practice is the only solution to the role morality conflict.
