为保障双转子涡扇发动机的安全试飞,针对双转子涡扇发动机的振动特点,基于飞行试验中发动机振动加装参数专门建立了双转子涡扇发动机的振动基准曲线。与传统单一振动限制值监测的方法相比,基于振动基准曲线的方法充分考虑了发动机的工作状态、发动机的个体振动特点和差异,对发动机振动状态具有更强的敏感性,更能反应发动机的工作状态。通过录取发动机不同工作状态下的试飞数据,建立了某型涡扇发动机高低压转子基频分量的振动基准曲线,为发动机事后离线振动监测提供参考,为发动机的安全试飞提供保障。
為保障雙轉子渦扇髮動機的安全試飛,針對雙轉子渦扇髮動機的振動特點,基于飛行試驗中髮動機振動加裝參數專門建立瞭雙轉子渦扇髮動機的振動基準麯線。與傳統單一振動限製值鑑測的方法相比,基于振動基準麯線的方法充分攷慮瞭髮動機的工作狀態、髮動機的箇體振動特點和差異,對髮動機振動狀態具有更彊的敏感性,更能反應髮動機的工作狀態。通過錄取髮動機不同工作狀態下的試飛數據,建立瞭某型渦扇髮動機高低壓轉子基頻分量的振動基準麯線,為髮動機事後離線振動鑑測提供參攷,為髮動機的安全試飛提供保障。

In order to guarantee the flight test safety of dual-rotor turbofan engine, and in view of the vibration characteristics of dual-rotor turbofan engine, the vibration reference curve of dual-rotor turbofan engine is specially established based on the installed engine vibration parameters in flight test. Compared with the conventional vibration monitoring method on the strength of single limit value, method based on the vibration reference curve fully considers the working state, individual vibration char-acteristics and differences of the aero-engine, and be more sensitive to the aero-engine vibration state and better reactive to the aero-engine working condition. By recording the engine flight test data of different working conditions, the vibration refer-ence curve of certain turbofan engine for high and low pressure rotor fundamental component is established, to provide a refer-ence for the engine afterwards offline vibration monitoring, and to provide guarantee for the safe flight test of aero-engine.
