在生物体内应用,磷酸镁生物骨水泥固化反应过快或者过慢都会给使用带来不便。研究了氧化镁煅烧温度、液固比及环境温度对磷酸镁生物骨水泥固化时间的影响规律,并进一步分析了磷酸镁生物骨水泥的固化机理及产物。结果表明:提高氧化镁煅烧温度或增加液固比,磷酸镁生物骨水泥固化时间延长;环境温度对骨水泥固化过程有显著影响,提高温度能加快水化进程,进而大大缩短固化时间;磷酸镁生物骨水泥水化产物主要是 MgKPO4·6 H 2 O 和 MgKPO4·H 2 O,此外还含有大量未参与水化的氧化镁颗粒。

In vivo applications,curing reaction of magnesium phosphate bone cement is too slow or too fast,which will cause inconvenience to use.Effect of magnesium oxide calcinations temperature,liquid/solid ratio and temperature on the setting time of magnesium phosphate bone cement are studied.Furthermore,solidifying mechanism and products of magne-sium phosphate bone cement are analyzed.The results indicate that the setting time increases as the increase of magnesium oxide calcinations temperature and the liquid/solid ratio.Besides,the influence of the temperature on the setting process of magnesium phosphate cement is significant.And thus,raising the temperature can accelerate the hydration process and shorten the setting time.The hydration products of magnesium phosphate bone cement are mainly potassium magnesium phosphate hexahydrate and potassium magnesium phosphate monohydrate.In addition,it also contains a large number of particles not involved in the hydration of magnesium oxide.
