钛合金 TB6属高强高韧近β型钛合金,具有良好的铸锻性和淬透性,目前应用非常广泛。通过顺逆铣、新刀或磨损刀一次铣削和二次铣削试验,研究了钛合金 TB6(Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al)加工硬化和加工硬化层深度。研究结果表明,用硬质合金刀片铣削钛合金 TB6,顺铣比逆铣加工硬化和加工硬化层深度小,新刀比磨损刀加工硬化小,新刀加工硬化层深度<25μm,刀具磨损量 VB=0.3 mm 时,磨损刀加工硬化层深度最高可达81μm,其二次铣削将导致已加工表面软化。

TB6 titanium alloy with high strength and toughness is like beta titanium alloy,and it has good casting,forg-ing and hardenability.The present application of it is very extensive.Experiments on titanium alloy TB6 (Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al) working hardening and working hardening layer depth are studied by down or up milling,with first milling or quadratic mill-ing in a new tool or the wear tool.The results show that titanium alloy TB6 is milled in carbide cutting tools and down mill-ing in work hardening.The work hardening layer depth is smaller than up milling,new tool in work hardening is smaller than wear tool,the work hardening layer depth is less than 25 μm in new tool;the work hardening layer depth is up to 81μm and quadratic milling causes the machined surface softening when tool flank wear VB is 0.3 mm.
