目的：分析医院中成药不良反应（ADR）的特点和规律，促进临床合理用药。方法依据《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》，对医院2014年上报的114例中成药不良反应报表进行分析。结果114例中成药不良反应报告中，涉及43种中成药；注射剂是导致中成药ADR的主要剂型，共84例（占73.68％）；中成药不良反应的临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主，其次是消化系统损害。结论药品监督管理和卫生系统应采取更有效的控制措施，加强对合理用药的监控，以避免和减少中成药不良反应的发生。
목적：분석의원중성약불량반응（ADR）적특점화규률，촉진림상합리용약。방법의거《약품불량반응보고화감측관리판법》，대의원2014년상보적114례중성약불량반응보표진행분석。결과114례중성약불량반응보고중，섭급43충중성약；주사제시도치중성약ADR적주요제형，공84례（점73.68％）；중성약불량반응적림상표현이피부급기부건손해위주，기차시소화계통손해。결론약품감독관리화위생계통응채취경유효적공제조시，가강대합리용약적감공，이피면화감소중성약불량반응적발생。
Objective To analyse the characteristics and Patterns of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines of the hosPital,in order to Promote the rational use of ProPrietary Chinese Medicines. Methods 114 cases of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines in the hosPital were analysed according to the“ADR rePorting and monitoring management”. Results The 114 ADR cases induced by Pro-Prietary Chinese Medicines involved 43 varieties;injections were the main cause of ADR with 84 ADR cases ( 73. 68%) ,taking the lead on the list;the most common symPtoms of ADR induced by ProPrietary Chinese Medicines were the lesion of skin and the aPPendants,fol-lowed by the lesion of digestive system. Conclusion The drug administration and hygiene system shall take more effective control measures for strengthening the monitoring over rational use of drugs,in order to avoid and reduce the ADRs.
