为实现高水膨胀复合材料充填浆体的高效制备,设计了基于给水压能自助化制浆的离心制浆器,利用Fluent软件分析了离心制浆器内粉料与清水的混合过程与流场分布,通过数值模拟对离心制浆器的结构参数进行了优化,为离心制浆原理的工程应用提供了理论指导。

In order to prepare with high water swelling material efficiently, centrifugal slurrying device based water pressure self-help pulp was designed. Fluent was applied to simulate internal flow field and mixing process of powder and water in centrifugal slurrying device. Parameters of centrifugal slurrying device structure were optimized by numerical simulation. These results can provide guidance for the operation of centrifugal slurrying device in practical application.
