分析某典型车削零件的加工工艺,合理选用进、退刀的类型和粗、精加工方法,对基于UG环境下车削加工的设置方法进行了探讨,并结合企业生产实际对零件的加工参数进行了优化,在CK6136数控车床上进行了实际加工,验证了UG车削加工设置和数控加工工艺设置的合理性,为典型车削零件高效优质的数控加工提供了可靠的技术参考。

Analysis of process turning parts of a typicallathe has been utilized, and typesof tools of cutting feedingand retracting and rough as well as finishing methods, are discussed based on UG Turning the setting method. Combined with the actual production, part of the processing parameters were optimized in CK6136 CNC lathe actual processing to verify the reasonableness of UG machining and CNC processing settings set to provide a reliable technical reference for the typical high-quality and efficient turning parts of CNC machining.
