压紧板是压滤机主要的受力部件,其结构设计的合理与否直接关系到压滤机的正常工作。通过ANSYS Workbench对压紧板进行静力学分析得到应力和变形云图,从而发现压紧板设计的不足。提出4种双缸压紧板结构改进方案,通过ANSYS Workbench分析与比较,最终选出最优方案。通过改进前后的对比,得出双缸压紧板具有结构轻、变形小等优点。

The pressing plate is the main stress components of filter press, the structural design is reasonable or not directly related to the normal work of the filter press. Through the ANSYS Workbench on the pressing plate’s static analysis to get the stress and deformation nephogram, then to find the inadequate design of pressing plate. And then put forward four improvement schemes of double cylinder pressing plate structure, through the analysis and comparison of ANSYS Workbench, finally to select the optimal schemes. By comparing the press-ing plate before and after improvement, draw the double cylinder pressing plate has the advantages of light structure, small deformation and etc.
