通过对钛酸钡粉体进行B2 O3, SiO2, Li2 O, P2 O5四种不同氧化物的掺杂,并将合成的PTC材料进行XRD表征、阻-温特性曲线分析以及其它电学性能研究。在制备方法中通过调节各氧化物的掺杂量,对比材料最终的晶相结构、 PTC效应、以及其它电性能,我们发现: PTC材料都呈现出明显PTC效应,而且也使室温电阻率降低、升阻比提高、高介电常数和低介电损耗等特性都有相应的效果。

Through the four kinds of oxides ( B2 O3 , SiO2 , Li2 O, P2 O5 ) doping into the barium titanate powder, the PTC synthesized materials were characterized by XRD. Resistivity temperature characteristic curve analysis and other research on electrical properties were also analyzed. Changing the feed amount of the oxide, the final contrast material crystal structure, PTC effect, and other electrical properties, it was found that PTC material showed the obvious PTC effect, but also decrised the room temperature resistivity, incrised it’s drag ratio, showed good effect on the high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss characteristics.
