管道连接技术是管道系统安全运行的关键，而其连接部位是系统的薄弱环节。对比了普通管道卡箍式管件的受力状况，结合采暖系统的特点对采暖管道卡箍式接头的受力和支架设置进行了分析，指出了卡箍式连接方式在采暖系统应用的可行性。卡箍式连接技术应用于低温采暖系统，必须满足管线膨胀、支架设置、橡胶耐热性能和抗老化性能技术要求。

Pipe connection technology is the key factor of the pipeline system,but the connection is the weak link of the system.Analyze the stress conditions of the grooved coupling and the support of the heating system compared with the ordi-nary pipe system.Also point out the application feasibility of grooved coupling in the heating system.Present the character-istics of grooved coupling of heating pipelines,then the system must satisfy the pipeline expansion,support setting,rubber heat resistance,and anti-aging performance requirements.
