将拓扑优化应用到ZL50型装载机变速箱体轻量化设计。用Pro/E建立箱体模型时采用了简化;在ANSYS Workbench中建立拓扑优化模型并根据危险部位的受力定义了优化设计的空间;根据拓扑优化的结果提出箱体结构调整和减材料的改进措施。重新造型变速箱体并与原箱体进行比较发现:优化的箱体重量不但减轻了,而且刚度也得到了提高。

Presents the topology optimization of ZL50 loader gearbox housing in lightweight. A housing model is established with simplifications in Pro/E software. A topology optimization model is built in ANSYS workbench software. Then optimization space is defined according to forces of dangerous parts. Methods of adjusting structures and lessening materials are provided dueing to optimization. Comparing reconstructed housing and raw housing, it was found that housing weight was decreased and stiffness was advanced.
