鉴于对数螺旋锥齿轮无法采用现有螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机床加工,考虑采用数控滚齿机床加工。从机床运动轨迹出发,使其沿圆锥对数螺旋线运动,从而得到完成加工所需的机床各运动之间关系。运用双自由度啮合理论,得到在滚齿加工时齿面方程。通过MATLAB计算及Pro/E建模与以往模型对比验证。为以后试验加工提供理论依据。

Due to the existing of logarithmic spiral bevel gear spiral bevel gear milling machine, CNC gear hobbing machine with consideration.
