筛选富集纯化毛脉酸模乙酸乙酯部位(白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷、大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酚苷)成分的最佳树脂,优化大孔树脂纯化目标成分的最佳工艺.以白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷、大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酚苷的吸附率和解吸率为评价指标,筛选树脂,并优化了吸附和洗脱条件.D101树脂对毛脉酸模乙酸乙酯部位成分具有较好的吸附分离性能.最佳工艺条件为,毛脉酸模乙酸乙酯部位样品溶液1 BV,吸附流速为2 BV· h-1,先用2 BV水洗涤,再用20%、50%、75%、95%乙醇各2.5、5、2.5、5 BV进行梯度洗脱,流速2 BV· h-1,合并50%和95%乙醇洗脱液,即为纯化部位.纯化后目标成分纯度提高到49.85%,说明采用D101树脂分离纯化毛脉酸模乙酸乙酯部位成分是可行的.
篩選富集純化毛脈痠模乙痠乙酯部位(白藜蘆醇、白藜蘆醇苷、大黃素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚、大黃酚苷)成分的最佳樹脂,優化大孔樹脂純化目標成分的最佳工藝.以白藜蘆醇、白藜蘆醇苷、大黃素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚、大黃酚苷的吸附率和解吸率為評價指標,篩選樹脂,併優化瞭吸附和洗脫條件.D101樹脂對毛脈痠模乙痠乙酯部位成分具有較好的吸附分離性能.最佳工藝條件為,毛脈痠模乙痠乙酯部位樣品溶液1 BV,吸附流速為2 BV· h-1,先用2 BV水洗滌,再用20%、50%、75%、95%乙醇各2.5、5、2.5、5 BV進行梯度洗脫,流速2 BV· h-1,閤併50%和95%乙醇洗脫液,即為純化部位.純化後目標成分純度提高到49.85%,說明採用D101樹脂分離純化毛脈痠模乙痠乙酯部位成分是可行的.

To choose the optimum macroporous resin for enrichment and purification of ethyl acetate extract from Rumex gmelini Turcz , the adsorption rate and desorption rate of resvera-trol, polydatin, rheum emodin, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol and chrysophamol monoglyco-side were used as evaluation indicators .The adsorption and elution conditions were optimized at the same time.As a result, D101 macroporous resin was chosed for its better performance of adsorption and separation and the best process conditions were screened out .The sample solution of ethyl acetate was 1 BV, adsorption flow rate was 2BV· h-1 , after washed by 2BV water, using 2.5BV 20%alcohol, 5BV 50%alcohol, 2.5BV 75% alcohol and 5BV 95%alcohol to perform the gradient elute in due order with the flow rate of 2 BV· h-1 .The elute of 50%alcohol and 95%alcohol were combined to get the depuration that the purity of target compositions were raised to 49.85%.This paper illustrated that the D101 macroporous resin was viable for purification ethyl acetate extract from Rumex gmelini Turcz .
