目的：探讨苯溴马隆在高尿酸血症合并冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者中的应用价值，评价苯溴马隆在降尿酸效应以外抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化方面的作用。方法：92例高尿酸血症合并冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为干预组和常规对照组，干预组给予苯溴马隆治疗1年，所有受试对象干预前后检测超敏C－反应蛋白、血尿酸，同时进行颈动脉超声检查，检测颈总动脉内膜中层厚度（ IMT）。结果：与对照组比较，干预组血尿酸、hs－CRP均明显下降，颈总动脉IMT降低。结论：苯溴马隆能明显改善高尿酸血症合并冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者高尿酸血症，并具有抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
목적：탐토분추마륭재고뇨산혈증합병관심병불은정심교통환자중적응용개치，평개분추마륭재강뇨산효응이외항염、항동맥죽양경화방면적작용。방법：92례고뇨산혈증합병관심병불은정심교통환자수궤분위간예조화상규대조조，간예조급여분추마륭치료1년，소유수시대상간예전후검측초민C－반응단백、혈뇨산，동시진행경동맥초성검사，검측경총동맥내막중층후도（ IMT）。결과：여대조조비교，간예조혈뇨산、hs－CRP균명현하강，경총동맥IMT강저。결론：분추마륭능명현개선고뇨산혈증합병관심병불은정심교통환자고뇨산혈증，병구유항염、항동맥죽양경화적작용。
Objective:To investigate the effects of in unstable angina ( UA) patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:92 UA patients with hyperuricemia mellitus were enrolled and divided into benzbromarone group and control group.Patients in benzbromarone group were treated with benzbromarone for one year.All patients of the individuals at high risk of MS were examined carotid artery by neck artery ultra -sound.The level of hs-CRP and serum uric acid were examined in all cases before and after intervention.Mean-while, the intima-media thickness ( IMT) of common carotid artery was assessed with color doppler ultra-sonography in all cases.Results:One year later, the level of hs-CRP and serum uric acid were decreased significantly in benzbromarone group.In contrast to the control group, the IMT in benzbromarone group was obviously decreased after treatment.Conclusion:benzbromarone can decrease the level of serum uric acid and has the effects of anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerosis in patients with UA.
