根据喷浆机械手的结构及其工况对机械手的支腿进行受力分析,并基于其回路的工作原理建立起其支腿回路的AMESim仿真模型,根据实际工况设置参数,分析其液压缸的伸出速度及支撑时的密封压力,为机械手支腿的设计及改进提供了理论依据。

The force that the leg of the shotcrete aim for coals bears was analyzed, according to its structure and working situation. And the AMESim model of the system of the leg was established based on the hydraulic system. According to actual working situation , the parameters were set up. The running velocity and the sealing pressure of the leg hydraulic cylinder were analyzed, which can provide the theoretical basis for the design and improvement later.
