采煤机工作环境恶劣,并且煤层中夹杂着大量煤矸石等杂质，致使采煤机滚筒工作部件齿座、螺旋叶板、端盘板耐磨失效现象时常出现。根据采煤机滚筒工作部件实际工况及其性能要求，通过对当前国内外主要使用的齿座材料35CrMnSiA、20CrNiMo、42CrMo、ZG40Cr1，螺旋叶板、端盘板材料ZG270-500、Q235钢、16Mn做元素含量及其力学性能对比，选出了各部件最适合材料。
