研究乳化溶液挥发法制备马钱子总生物碱药物树脂复合物包衣的最佳处方.以司盘-80、石蜡和乙醇为乳化体系,乙基纤维素为囊材,聚乙二醇-400为致孔剂,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为增塑剂,采用星点效应实验设计联合应用优化处方.马钱子总生物碱树脂复合物的最佳微囊包衣处方用量为:乙基纤维素为11.68%,聚乙二醇-400为3.17%,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为11.83%,在石蜡∶司盘-80∶无水乙醇=30∶3∶4的乳化体系中,在35℃、500 r/min的磁力搅拌条件下搅拌至无醇味.采用正交试验和星点效应联合实验设计筛选的最优处方,制备的马钱子总生物碱树脂复合物微囊外形好,释放度较高.

To study the best coating prescription of Strychnos nux -vomica total alkaloid drug-resin complex with emulsifying solution evaporation method the experiment design of cen -tral composite design combined with response surface method were selected to determine the optimum formulation with span -80 , paraffin and ethanol as emulsifying system , ethyl cellu-lose as microcapsule material , polyethylene glycol-400 as porogen, and diethyl phthalate as plasticizers in this prescription .In microcapsule coating prescription , the best dosage ratio of Strychnos nux-vomica total alkaloid drug -resin complex was 11.68% ( ethyl cellulose ) , 3.17%(polyethylene glycol -400), and 11.83% (diethyl phthalate) under the emulsif-ying system of paraffin, span-80 and ethyl alcohol (30∶3∶4).The process stopped tills no taste of alcohol with magnetic stirring of 500 r/min and temperature of 35℃.By the method of orthogonal design and experimental design of central composite design combined with re-sponse surface method to select the optimum formulation , Strychnos nux-vomica total alka-loid drug-resin complex microcapsules were with good shape and high release .
