目的:研究慢性脑缺血大鼠在丰富康复环境的下学习记忆能力的恢复状况。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠45只,体重200±30g,双侧颈动脉结扎建立慢性脑缺血大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为正常组(NG)、标准环境组(SE)和丰富环境组(EE)。术后2天,EE组置于丰富环境笼饲养,NG组和SE组置于标准笼饲养。干预1天、4天、7天、10天分别使用Morris水迷宫对大鼠的学习记忆能力进行评测。结果:慢性脑缺血大鼠造模后记忆能力下降,搜索隐藏平台的逃避潜伏期和游泳路径明显延长;学习记忆能力明显损害,寻找移动平台的逃避潜伏期及游泳路径比正常大鼠明显延长(P<0.01或P<0.05)。丰富环境干预后,大鼠搜索隐匿平台的逃避潜伏期和游泳路径均有不同程度的缩短( P<0.01)。结论:丰富康复环境干预可改善慢性脑缺血大鼠的学习记忆能力。

목적:연구만성뇌결혈대서재봉부강복배경적하학습기억능력적회복상황。방법:웅성Wistar대서45지,체중200±30g,쌍측경동맥결찰건립만성뇌결혈대서모형。장대서수궤분위정상조(NG)、표준배경조(SE)화봉부배경조(EE)。술후2천,EE조치우봉부배경롱사양,NG조화SE조치우표준롱사양。간예1천、4천、7천、10천분별사용Morris수미궁대대서적학습기억능력진행평측。결과:만성뇌결혈대서조모후기억능력하강,수색은장평태적도피잠복기화유영로경명현연장;학습기억능력명현손해,심조이동평태적도피잠복기급유영로경비정상대서명현연장(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。봉부배경간예후,대서수색은닉평태적도피잠복기화유영로경균유불동정도적축단( P<0.01)。결론:봉부강복배경간예가개선만성뇌결혈대서적학습기억능력。
Objective:To study the effects of enriched rehabilitative training on cognitive impairment in rats after chronic cerebral is-chemia.Methods:We choose healthy、male Wistar rats and adopted the long-term ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries to pro-duce the chronic cerebral ischemia model of rats that was similar to the human chronic cerebral ischemia.Rats were divided into normal group( NG) , standard environment( SE) and enriched environment( EE) .Within 2 days after surgery, EE rats were assigned to enriched environment housing, NG and SE rats were assigned to standard condition.The learning and memory ability was evaluated by Morris water maze after behavioral training at 1 days 4 days 7 days and 10days.Results:The escape latency and swim distance for searching the hidden platform were obviously longer in model group in comparison with normal group.The escape latency and swim distance for searching the moving platform were obviously longer in model group in comparison with normal group(P<0.01 or P<O.05).After enriched rehabilita-tive environment intervention, the escape latency and swim distance for searching the hidden platform were obviously shorter in EE group in comparison with standard environment(SE) group.(P<0.01或P<0.05) Conclusion: Enriched rehabilitative intervention can im-prove the ability of learning-memory.
