目的：对单纯足拇甲瓣在手指缺损修复方法的改进。方法：总结双足拇甲瓣在手部创伤中临床应用5例。结果：5例全部存活，对供区的功能影响很小。结论：组合拇甲瓣在手部创伤应用过程中，皮瓣设计在整个手术过程中起着至关重要的作用。
目的：對單純足拇甲瓣在手指缺損脩複方法的改進。方法：總結雙足拇甲瓣在手部創傷中臨床應用5例。結果：5例全部存活，對供區的功能影響很小。結論：組閤拇甲瓣在手部創傷應用過程中，皮瓣設計在整箇手術過程中起著至關重要的作用。
목적：대단순족무갑판재수지결손수복방법적개진。방법：총결쌍족무갑판재수부창상중림상응용5례。결과：5례전부존활，대공구적공능영향흔소。결론：조합무갑판재수부창상응용과정중，피판설계재정개수술과정중기착지관중요적작용。
