利用正交试验法，以出膏率、浸出物百分含量、尿囊素及挥发油百分含量为测定指标，研究萆术硝痛颗粒提取工艺中影响因素，并对实验结果进行方差分析．实验结果表明：最佳提取工艺为水提取3次，第1次加水量为处方量的12倍，回流时间为1．5 h，第2次加10倍量水，回流时间为1 h，第3次加8倍量水，回流时间为0．5 h．本实验方法简便易行，稳定可靠，为制剂研究提供实验基础．

Orthogonal experimental method was used to test the rate of extraction , the per-centage composition of the extractraction , the allantoin and the essential oil .The influence factors of the extraction process was studied and the experimental results was analysed by ari -ance analysis.The optimal extraction conditions of Bixiexiaotong granules were reflux extrac-tion 3 times.And the first extraction time was 1.5 h with 12 times volumes of water;the sec-ond extraction time was 1 h with 10 times volumes of water;the third extraction time was 0. 5 h with 8 times volumes of water .The optimal extraction technology was easy , accurate and stable , and could provide the experimental basis for the research of preparation .
