目的：探讨比较针刺耳穴配合电针与耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的疗效。方法：将来我院门诊确诊为失眠症的69例患者，按照就诊时间先后随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别用2种不同的治疗方法进行治疗3个疗程，观察治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为97．2％，对照组有效率为78．8％，2组比较疗效差异有统计学意义。结论：2种治疗方法对失眠症的治疗都有效果，但是治疗组的效果更加明显。

목적：탐토비교침자이혈배합전침여이혈첩압치료실면증적료효。방법：장래아원문진학진위실면증적69례환자，안조취진시간선후수궤분위치료조화대조조，분별용2충불동적치료방법진행치료3개료정，관찰치료효과。결과：치료조유효솔위97．2％，대조조유효솔위78．8％，2조비교료효차이유통계학의의。결론：2충치료방법대실면증적치료도유효과，단시치료조적효과경가명현。
Objective:To investigate compare auricular acupuncture with electoacuputure and auricular acupressure efficacy of treatment of insomnia .Methods:In our hospital diagnosed 69 cases of insomnia patients , according to the chronological treatment were randomly divided into treatment and control groups , respectively, with two different treatment methods for treatment three courses, the observed treatment effect. Results:The treatment group was 97.2%, the effective rate was 78.8%in the control group , the difference was statistically significant efficacy .Conclusion:Both treatments for insomnia have effect , but the effect is more pronounced treatment groups .
