用稀硫酸处理虎杖样品后,丙酮、乙醇、水混合溶液作为提取溶剂,超声波辅助提取虎杖中蒽醌类物质。通过单因素实验对提取溶剂中乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取功率进行了优化。优化条件为:提取溶剂中丙酮、乙醇、水的体积比为5:4:1,提取温度50℃,料液比1:60(g:mL),提取功率500 W,提取时间15 min。优化条件下虎杖中蒽醌类物质的平均提取率为1.253%。

Total anthraquinone was extracted from Polgonum Cuspidatum assisted by ultrasonic using mixed solution of acetone, ethanol and water, after handling the sample with dilute sulphuric acid. The volume fraction of ethanol in extraction solvent, extraction time, temperature, ratio of solid to liquid, and power were opted using single factor experiment. The opted process was extracting 15 min at 50 ℃ and 500 W with 1:60 ( g:mL) ratio of solid to liquid using mixed solution in the volume ratio of acetone, ethanol and water of 5:4:1. The mean extraction efficiency was 1. 253% under the opted process.
