目的:探讨脊柱压缩性骨折PKP及PVP治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾分析新乡医学院第三附属医院骨科2010年3月~2014月1月收治的压缩性骨折手术患者40例,其中PKP治疗18例;PVP联合术中手法牵引治疗22例。比较术前及术后VAS评分;椎体恢复高度值;观察相邻椎体骨折发生率、骨水泥渗漏情况。结果:PVP组在手术时间、术中出血量均优于PKP组,但在骨水泥注射量、椎体高度恢复、以及术后骨水泥渗漏率不及PKP组。结论:PVP和PKP均有效手术,创伤小,术后并发症少, PVP更为简单,而PKP在术后椎体高度恢复、术后并发症率要优于PVP。
目的:探討脊柱壓縮性骨摺PKP及PVP治療的臨床效果。方法:迴顧分析新鄉醫學院第三附屬醫院骨科2010年3月~2014月1月收治的壓縮性骨摺手術患者40例,其中PKP治療18例;PVP聯閤術中手法牽引治療22例。比較術前及術後VAS評分;椎體恢複高度值;觀察相鄰椎體骨摺髮生率、骨水泥滲漏情況。結果:PVP組在手術時間、術中齣血量均優于PKP組,但在骨水泥註射量、椎體高度恢複、以及術後骨水泥滲漏率不及PKP組。結論:PVP和PKP均有效手術,創傷小,術後併髮癥少, PVP更為簡單,而PKP在術後椎體高度恢複、術後併髮癥率要優于PVP。
목적:탐토척주압축성골절PKP급PVP치료적림상효과。방법:회고분석신향의학원제삼부속의원골과2010년3월~2014월1월수치적압축성골절수술환자40례,기중PKP치료18례;PVP연합술중수법견인치료22례。비교술전급술후VAS평분;추체회복고도치;관찰상린추체골절발생솔、골수니삼루정황。결과:PVP조재수술시간、술중출혈량균우우PKP조,단재골수니주사량、추체고도회복、이급술후골수니삼루솔불급PKP조。결론:PVP화PKP균유효수술,창상소,술후병발증소, PVP경위간단,이PKP재술후추체고도회복、술후병발증솔요우우PVP。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty ( PVP), and percutaneous kyphoplasty ( PKP) on spinal compression fractures. Methods:40 patients ,who were cured, were choosed by PVP and PKP cases ,all come from the third affiliated ,hospital of Xinxiang medical university in March 2010 to month 2014.22 cases were cured by PVP and the others by PKP. Compare the preoperative and postoperative VAS score; Vertebral body to restore height value; Observe incidence of adjacent vertebral fractures, bone cement leakage situation.Results:In operation time, intraoperative blood loss, PVP group were better than PKP holds the group , but in the bone cement injection quantity, vertebral height restoration, and postoperative bone cement leakage rate is less than PKP holds the group.Conclusion:PVP and PKP holds all effective operation, small trauma,less postoperative complications , PVP is more simple, and PKP holds the vertebral height restoration after surgery, postoperative complication rate than PVP.
