目的：探讨柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷化学治疗(简称化疗)方案对急性髓细胞白血病( AML )患者γ干扰素（IFN－γ）、血清α－羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）与乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）水平的影响。方法将接受治疗的AML患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规化疗方案，观察组使用柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷方案。结果化疗后，两组患者的IFN－γ，HBDH，LDH水平均有所下降，观察组下降程度明显高于对照组（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者发生呕吐恶心明显少于对照组（ P＜0.05），但两组患者出现胸闷和乏力的不良反应并无明显差异（ P＞0.05）。结论柔红霉素加阿糖胞苷化学治疗方案用于治疗AML患者，可降低患者的HBDH与LDH水平，会在一定程度上明显降低IFN－γ水平并抑制其表达。

목적：탐토유홍매소가아당포감화학치료(간칭화료)방안대급성수세포백혈병( AML )환자γ간우소（IFN－γ）、혈청α－간정산탈경매（HBDH）여유산탈경매（LDH）수평적영향。방법장접수치료적AML환자80례수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조40례。대조조채용상규화료방안，관찰조사용유홍매소가아당포감방안。결과화료후，량조환자적IFN－γ，HBDH，LDH수평균유소하강，관찰조하강정도명현고우대조조（ P＜0.05）；관찰조환자발생구토악심명현소우대조조（ P＜0.05），단량조환자출현흉민화핍력적불량반응병무명현차이（ P＞0.05）。결론유홍매소가아당포감화학치료방안용우치료AML환자，가강저환자적HBDH여LDH수평，회재일정정도상명현강저IFN－γ수평병억제기표체。
Objective To investigate the influence of daunorubicin ( DA ) Plus cytarabine ( Ara-C ) chemotheraPy on interferon gamma ( IFN-γ) ,serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase ( HBDH ) and lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) level in acute myeloid leukemia ( AML ) Patients. Methods 80 cases of acute myeloid leukemia Patients were randomly divided into the control grouP and the observa-tion grouP,40 cases in each grouP. The control grouP used conventional methods of chemotheraPy;the observation grouP used daunoru-bicin Plus cytarabine chemotheraPy. The interferon gamma, serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase levels and adverse reaction conditions of the two grouPs were observed before and after treatment. Results After chemotheraPy the IFN- γ,HBDH and LDH levels of the two grouPs were decreased,but the decrease of the observation grouP more significantly than that in the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 );vomiting,nausea cases in the observation grouP were significantly lower than the control grouP after chemotheraPy ( P < 0. 05 ) ,but the two grouPs had no significant differences in adverse reactions such as chest tightness and fatigue ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Daunorubicin Plus cytarabine chemotheraPy for the treatment of Patients with acute myelogenous leukemia can reduce the serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase were level,lower interferon gamma levels to a certain extent,and in-hibit its exPression.
