在人工气候箱条件下，对昆明市小河乡种源地的美丽马醉木种子进行不同温度的发芽试验。结果表明：美丽马醉木的最佳播种温度为20～25℃，高于30℃时发芽率明显下降，不宜播种；低于15℃时不仅发芽率明显下降，而且发芽天数明显增加。
재인공기후상조건하，대곤명시소하향충원지적미려마취목충자진행불동온도적발아시험。결과표명：미려마취목적최가파충온도위20～25℃，고우30℃시발아솔명현하강，불의파충；저우15℃시불부발아솔명현하강，이차발아천수명현증가。
The effects of different temperature treatments on seed germination of Pieris formosa from Xiaohe country provenance,Kun-ming city were studied in the artificial climate box test conditions.The results showed that the optimum germinating temperature was 20~25 ℃ for Pieris formosa.The germination rate decreased significantly and it was inappropriate to sow when temperature was higher than 30℃.The germination rate decreased significantly and the time of seed germination increased significantly when temper-ature was below 15 ℃.
