利用响应面法,对Fenton氧化法处理造纸废水工艺进行优化改进,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法确定最佳处理工艺。结果表明,造纸废水处理的最佳反应条件为:混凝沉淀预处理造纸废水的实验中,絮凝剂的投加量为3 g/L; Fenton 氧化实验中 pH 值为3.0, H2 O2投加量为13.7 mL/L,反应时间为37.3 min。通过回归分析,模型拟合性良好,废水中COD的去除率为80.18%,校正试验偏差相应为0.08%。

Process method of Fenton oxidation process for papermaking wastewater was optimized by response surface methodology ( RSM) . On the basis of single factor experiments, different optimum conditions of process method were selected, and the method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted according to the Box-Benhnken center-united experimental design principles. The optimum conditions for papermaking wastewater treatment:Fenton oxidation experiments were determined as follows: pH value was 3. 0, the dosage of H2 O2 was 13. 7 mL/L, reaction time was 37. 3 min. 80. 18% of COD removal for papermaking wastewater was degraded under the optimal conditions. The experimental values agreed with the predicted value of the model equation with 0. 08% deviation.
